How can I request a product I didn’t find on your website?

Want an item you didn't find on the website? Make sure to click on request a product, upload an image of your desired design product and its details and we will make sure to deliver it for you within 15 days.

 

What does pre-order mean?

The items under the Pre-order category are a wide selection of different products from the latest collections of all luxury brands you might get inspired from to purchase. These items will be ordered according to your request and deliver to you within 15 to 20 days after payment is done.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is up to 15 days, depending on destination of shipment. Note that delays might happen due to clearance and custom clearance. 

 

How can I track my order?

The status of order can be found under Order History. A confirmation email of your order will also be sent to you upon successful check out. 

Upon your item being shipped out, we will send you another email to inform you regarding your parcel's tracking number.

NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the "Order Shipped" email has been sent. (Web dev)

 

Does someone have to be at the delivery point when the package arrives?

Are orders with multiple products shipped separately?
