You can benefit from a refund if in case you received a damaged item. You may exchange item within 14 days of receiving your original order, only if it wasn’t true to size.
Exchange may take from 10 to 15 business days from the date we receive the exchanged item/s.
Our return policy does not apply to items bought on sale or promotion.
Accessories and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that are damaged due to wearing and/or uncareful trying are not considered faulty.
